Valerie Haines has been in the gym scene since she was 17 years old.  Shortly after she began working out, she was quickly approached by a trainer at her current gym, who convinced her to enter a NPC fitness competition.  She fell in love with the sport and has been training ever since.  
Valerie earned her Pro Status with the IFBB in 2007.

Valerie’s client base ranges from elite-level athletes to women 60+ just trying to be healthy and stay in shape.  She does individual sessions as well as small group training.

Valerie is 42 years old.  She is married to her best friend and has 2 English Bulldogs who are their “fur kids.”

Valerie is now accepting clients for nutrition and fitness coaching online and in person.
