Mitchell’s fitness journey began when he enlisted in the USAF right out of high school. During Mitchell’s first deployment, he became serious about weightlifting and building muscle. After four years of working out consistently, Mitchell decided to expand his knowledge and become a certified personal trainer.

 

Since obtaining his certification, Mitchell earned his Nutrition Specialist, Senior Specialist, and Group Specialist certifications through NASM. Mitchell has experience training clients preparing to go into the military, those who want to lose weight & those who want to build muscle. Mitchell is also a nationally qualified NPC Men’s Physique competitor currently in prep for his first National competition.
