Julia Tomascheski is an accomplished fitness professional passionate about strength and performance. She pairs her expertise in training with a deep love for helping others achieve their fitness goals. A dedicated athlete, Julia has distinguished herself as an elite powerlifter in the 82.5kg category, earning a 9th place finish at the 2021 World's Strongest Woman competition. Her athletic journey began during her college years, where she played women's rugby for the University of Colorado from 2009 to 2013.

Julia's commitment to fitness is reflected in her favorite exercise—training shoulders. She believes in the importance of balanced training and enjoys the process of continually improving her strength and technique. When not in the gym, Julia loves playing with her German Shepherd, Delilah, working on home improvement projects, and visiting family on the West Coast.

Julia's favorite foods include meal prep staples like chicken, white rice, and pineapple with homemade teriyaki sauce, as well as indulgent cheat day treats like chicken and waffles or spaghetti. Her musical tastes are dominated by her love for Taylor Swift, and she enjoys reading books like All The Missing Girls by Megan Miranda. When it comes to movies, she is a fan of Thelma & Louise, Practical Magic, and Moulin Rouge.

Her academic background is just as impressive as her athletic achievements. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Creative Writing from the University of Colorado, obtained in 2013, and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University, completed in 2021. These qualifications have equipped her with a unique blend of creativity and business acumen, which she applies to her fitness career.
